The science of mantra, sound and collective recitation
Roughly once a month a global group gathers online to recite one mantra together — then carries it as daily practice until the next one.

One mantra, carried through the month
The last japa gathered around the Mangala Charan Mantra on 26 September. The next one lands in October. Jugat Guru announces the date and the mantra in the Resonance channel first, together with the preparation pack — so the channel is where you hear it earliest.
What is Resonance
Resonance is a practice space for the science of sound, mantra, shabad and japa. Jugat Guru teaches the technology directly: how to recite, how to listen, how to project, how to use breath, body and nervous system so that repetition starts to move the patterns held inside them.
It runs as an open Telegram channel and a monthly live recitation. After more than 35 years with mantra, Jugat Guru is opening this field to practitioners anywhere in the world.
How it works
A few days before
It arrives from Jugat Guru so you walk in already knowing the sound.
On the day
Jugat Guru opens the session by teaching how to apply the mantra — accuracy, projection, breath, rhythm and devotion. Guided practice, not listening.
The next ~2h30
The group holds one mantra without stopping. Through repetition the sound builds, the nervous system answers, and the mantra becomes stronger than the old pattern. The recording stays open for 48 hours.
Until the next japa
The same mantra stays as daily homework. You watch how it moves through your energy, perception and patterns, and share what comes up in the group.

The origin of Resonance
The monthly online japa process
From the last japa
“The whole experience was like a Shift. The tempo was quite challenging to follow but at some point a magic happened and it became easy and smooth. Today I woke up with the feeling that something deep has changed for good and I feel elevated.
Anna T.
“For me the Japa was a multi stage experience — starting off tired and shifty for the first 45 minutes, then I got pretty well locked in to a steady rhythm, and then it was like a vivid vibrational energetic river.
Gurukar Singh K.
“It was the first time that it didn’t break me — on the contrary, it strengthened me. While reciting I could feel some sounds “hitting” the torso or the spine, and the sensation was steady, well based, centered and strong.
Maro T.
“At first I struggled to find the rhythm, but after about 10 minutes I was able to focus and keep up quite well. By the end I was deeply moved and cried for a good while. Afterwards I felt a great sense of peace.
Florentina M.
“The repetition left me in a space of inner silence, mental clarity, and certainty in my body. Doing it alone afterwards let me notice the great difference — the power of the group vibration.
Tieta Z.
“At first it was difficult, then I quickly learnt it’s all in the tongue — the mouth barely moves. It was a beautiful experience where I could rest deeply in the essence of love. My heart centre felt expansion.
Adi Nampreet K.
Who leads it
More than 35 years of study and practice with mantra, sound, japa and shabad. He teaches the mechanics of recitation — what the sound does in the body, and what changes when a group holds it together.
Resonance is where he opens that field to practitioners anywhere in the world: one mantra a month, learned properly, recited together, then carried as daily practice.
