    A landmark RCT compared Kundalini Yoga (KY, including Kirtan Kriya) versus Memory Enhancement Training in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. After 12 and 24 weeks, the KY group showed significant improvements in executive function, depressive symptoms, and resilience, while both groups improved in memory—KY uniquely boosted mood and resilience. – KRI
